Effective 01/01/2009 non-damaged items returned will be subject to a "18% Restocking Fee". This fee may be adjusted if the customer paid shipping initially. This fee is generally to cover our free shipping and credit card fees.
Customer Satisfaction: Totally Wired Music extends to you a 30-day guarantee on any item you ordered and received
from us. All inquiries must be received within 25 days after you received the item. Please call 1 (866) 566-6476, e-mail Product Support. Totally Wired Music will gladly replace the item or make a refund, their will be a 18% Restocking Fee.
Shipping Charges: Customer will pay shipping charges to the return destination. All return items must be fully insured.
Returns: Totally Wired Music has a 30-day return or exchange policy we want you to be a satisfied customer of ours.
Please follow these steps:
1) Either call 1 (866) 566-6476 or e-mail Product Support for your Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Shipments without a RMA# will not be accepted.
2) Your order must be returned in new condition. It must be shipped in its original box with all installation instructions and/or manuals, warranty card, power supplies, cables, etc. must be included and in new condition.
Items must be returned IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our requirements. Should we accept the return and it does not meet all requirements, there will be a minimum restocking fee of 25%.
3) If the return is not due to a damaged shipment, YOU MUST SHIP THE 'ITEM BEING RETURNED' AT YOUR
EXPENSE. Any “C.O.D.” shipment(s) will not be accepted.
4) Upon receipt of the returned item Totally Wired Music will either credit your method of payment (credit card or send a refund check less an 18% Restocking Charge within 20 business days. 5) Items that cannot be returned: microphones, ear plugs/phones, soundcards and software.
Damaged Shipments: Upon receiving your order you should immediately open and inspect your order. You
should refuse shipment if the package(s) appear damaged. If you received damaged product and were unable to refuse shipment, please call 1 (866) 566-6476 immediately. We will issue a Return Merchandize Authorization
number and instructions on where to send the product. We will send replacement part(s) when we feel it’s warranted instead of asking you to return the item. ALL packages must be opened and inspected for hidden damage and reported immediately or customer will be responsible for shipping damage not reported at that time.
Shipping Errors: Totally Wired Music closely monitors its orders to ensure that you receive what you order, but when an error occurs we will replace the order and give you instructions on how to return the item(s) at our expense. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Order Cancellation Charges: Totally Wired Music, due to Credit Card fees "effective 7/01/05", will charge the customer
8% fee on the total dollar amount of the items ordered and cancelled after 5:00 PM (Rocky Mountain Standard or Daylight Time) of the ordering date. This has become necessary due to the refund rate charged by our credit card processor. It's a cost we can not and will not pass on to our other customers. Non Returnable Items: The Return Policy does not apply to copyrighted, printed or recorded material, software, items which cannot be sanitized (microphones, earplugs, etc), special discounted sales, special offers and custom orders.
No implied waiver: Should Totally Wired Music waive the return fee for any reason or reduce it for any reason, it shall not be implied that said waiver should apply to any other item or order.
